How It Works
Our Process
1. Booking
For any queries, the best thing to do is to call us and we can answer any questions and guide you to the best option for your needs. To secure a booking you will need to fill in the online booking form on our website and accept our T&C’s. We will be able to guide you through the booking process via phone or email if required.

2. Arrangements
The SafeSpark Admin team will liaise with the key holder and the Inspector to arrange a suitable time for the inspection to happen. We endeavour to do this at everyone’s next early convenience. Once the time is confirmed the client will be informed via email and the final quote will be provided.
3. Inspection
The Inspector will be onsite for approx 1 hour. They will send the report out to you within the day and give you a call to discuss the report and any questions you may have. If you are on-site and it is your own property then any extra’s required i.e smoke alarm install can be done whilst the inspector is there.


4. Report
The full written report with photos will be emailed to you in a PDF format (we recommend checking your spam folder if it is not in your inbox). An invoice will be sent at the same time and payable via bank transfer within 3 days.
5. Follow Up
